I know when some people hear that word, they think of lots of foods that contain it, or a fiber drink that is not so yummy. LOL.
I am sharing today some YUMMY ways to get your fiber in, specifically the Chicory Root Fiber!
I am sharing with you guys today, some products that you can add into your daily healthy lifestyle to get your fiber intake in!

CHICORY ROOT FIBER can be found in all of these products.
ALL of these can be a great way to add that fiber into your diet!
These Udi’s Bars would be a great snack. The ancient grain ones are my favorite, I am not really a cranberry girl!
Fiber One Bars, we ALWAYS have these in our pantry! My husband is actually the one that eats these often. He loves the fiber squares, especially the mint chocolate ones. I have tried the lemon, and they are great!
The oats and chocolate, a yummy bar! They have other flavors of both products.
DreamFields Pasta!
I have not tried this yet, but I hope to in the next week or so. I am thinking some pasta with chicken added in, or shrimp scampi style!
My favorite protein frozen dessert! Arctic Zero! I was so excited to try the bars, as I never have found them!
Little tip: let the ice cream sit out for 10-15 minutes, tastes better that way!
There are lots of great ways to add that chicory root fiber in, and maybe you have already been adding some of these goodies into your healthy lifestyle!
